Perfectly Lancaster Returns & Order Changes
This is our Perfectly Lancaster Inc policy for order returns, changes and cancellations. We want you to be very happy with your choices and orders, however, our products are primarily custom made by hand. Because of that, we must use the returns, changes and cancellations policy to make decisions regarding order changes. This policy is strictly followed without exception.
Once you place your order and payment is made and if required, approved, your coop will be scheduled to be built. If you have a change, we will likely be able to accommodate it if we are notified within 48 hours.
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, cancel within 72 hours for a full refund. Orders canceled after 72 hours will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at [email protected] or the email address specified on the brand’s Returns & Order Changes page.
If you feel there is an issue with your coop or a product in it, please email photos to the email address specified on the brand’s Returns & Order Changes page and let us know what is wrong. We will do our very best to make it right.
